ROSEMARY FLANK STEAK WITH ROASTED TOMATO QUINOA

Flank Steak cooks in a flash and can be infused with all kinds of different herbs and seasonings, making it the perfect weeknight protein. This flank steak is marinated with some of my favorite ingredients like rosemary, honey and balsamic vinegar for a perfect sweet and savory balance. For the quinoa, we’ve added tomatoes, shallots and chickpeas cooked low and slow until perfectly caramelized. This delicious recipe can be found in our Classic box.
