Pork tenderloin just happens to be one of the juiciest and most delicious cuts of meat, and one of Ayesha's favorite ways to prepare it is with a delicious spice rub. This Cajun seasoning packs just the right amount of flavor to complement the meat, and the mango chutney balances the heat with a touch of sweetness. Pile up a spoonful of couscous and you've got a weeknight meal that is sure to wow!
