TAMARIND BBQ MEATBALLS WITH MASHED POTATOES AND A SPRING VEGGIE MEDleY

Fact: Meatballs spread joy to all that eat them, and these meatballs are no exception. The tamarind BBQ sauce is packed with tangy, Asian flavor that makes this dish a staple in Ayesha's house. It's also a great recipe to get the kids involved, as little hands love to roll meatballs. This delectable dish is included in Homemade’s Classic box.

MEATLESS QUINOA-LENTIL "MEATLOAF" WITH MAPLE ROASTED BUTTERNUT SQUASH

One of Ayesha's favorite ways to play with traditional recipes is to take comfort food favorites and pack them with veggies. And with her Meatless Quinoa-Lentil Meatloaf, we promise you won't miss the meat! It's oozing with delicious flavor, but also really great nutritious ingredients. A touch of sweetness with some maple syrup makes the roasted butternut squash a perfect side. This dish is included in both our Everything But The Red Meat Box and our Vegetarian Box.

PORK CHOPS WITH APPLES AND CHEDDAR-SOUR CREAM POTATOES

Pork chops and apples are one of those classic combinations that Ayesha never gets tired of. It's a perfect balance of sweet and salty that the entire family loves. At home, Ayesha sometimes goes all-out Southern and pairs her pork chops with a homemade mac and cheese. But for this dish she's paired it with one of her favorite sides; her Cheddar-Sour Cream Potatoes! That cheesy, tangy flavor is the perfect compliment to round out a modern take on a traditional favorite. This dish is included in both our Classic and Everything But The Red Meat Box.
