STEAK TACOS WITH MEXICAN STREET CORN SALAD

In Ayesha's house, taco night is always a huge hit. Ayesha loves to play around with the meats and toppings, but one of her favorite go-to choices is this classic skirt steak taco. One of Ayesha's favorite dishes is Mexican Street Corn, which inspired this week's salad! It's packed with delicious flavors like chili, lime and feta.  This dish is included in our Classic box.

BLACK BEAN BURGER WITH MANGO SLAW

One of Ayesha's absolute favorite ways to update a burger is with a fresh, tangy slaw. This burger, made with a hearty black bean patty, is piled high with a delicious mango cabbage slaw! The crunch of the slaw pairs perfectly with the richness of the black bean patty to give you that perfect sweet and salty bite. Yum! This dish is included in our Vegetarian Box.

CAJUN PORK TENDERLOIN WITH MANGO CHUTNEY AND COUSCOUS

Pork tenderloin just happens to be one of the juiciest and most delicious cuts of meat, and one of Ayesha's favorite ways to prepare it is with a delicious spice rub. This Cajun seasoning packs just the right amount of flavor to complement the meat, and the mango chutney balances the heat with a touch of sweetness. Pile up a spoonful of couscous and you've got a weeknight meal that is sure to wow! This dish is included in both our Classic and Everything But The Red Meat Box.

TERIYAKI QUINOA BOWL

Ayesha's Teriyaki Quinoa Bowl is a great update on the classic rice bowl. Delicious quinoa, piled high with crisp vegetables in a sweet and smokey sauce. Ayesha loves to add a fresh element to every dish, and avocado in this bowl does the trick. It's rich and creamy, and perfectly compliments the vegetables.
