This Santa Fe Burger is a great way to keep burger night exciting with some unexpected updates like avocado, pepper jack cheese and a pretzel bun! Served alongside cajun fingerling potatoes that pack just the right amount of spice, these Santa Fe burgers are sure to be a hit on any busy weeknight. This recipe is included in our Classic box.

Mushroom Fettuccini Alfredo with Arugula Salad

Pasta night is a staple in Ayesha's household. Not only is it a total crowd-pleaser, but it's incredibly easy to prepare. Ayesha's Mushroom Fettuccini Alfredo is rich and creamy, and the mushrooms give the dish a nice earthiness. Ayesha always tells parents that if your kids swear by Macaroni and Cheese, they'll love Fettuccini Alfredo! It provides that same cheesy sauce they love, but it's a little more elevated. It's also a great base to sneak in seasonal veggies. This recipe can be found in our Vegetarian box.
