Santa Fe Burger with Cajun Potato Wedges

If Ayesha learned anything from feeding an active, hungry family all these years, it’s that you can’t go wrong with burger night. Burgers are a perfect dish to let each person customize just the way they like it, which works great when you have picky eaters who don’t like certain ingredients. This Santa Fe Burger is a great way to keep burger night exciting with some unexpected updates like avocado, pepper jack cheese and a pretzel bun! Chickpea and Vegetable Stew with Garlic Flatbread

There is nothing like a hearty one-pot stew at the end of a busy day. This Chickpea and Vegetable Stew is so simple but develops such flavor as it cooks. Seared Salmon Nicoise with Potato Medley

A dish you’d expect to find at a French bistro but couldn’t be easier to prepare at home. A play on a classic Nicoise salad, this dish packs all of the delicious ingredients you’d expect to find like green beans, potatoes and egg, tossed in a quick balsamic vinaigrette. This version features a delicious piece of seared salmon which gives the recipe a nice update and makes it perfect for a busy weeknight meal. Mushroom Fettuccini Alfredo with Arugula Salad

Pasta night is a staple in Ayesha's household. Not only is it a total crowd-pleaser, but it's incredibly easy to prepare. Ayesha's Mushroom Fettuccini Alfredo is rich and creamy, and the mushrooms give the dish a nice earthiness. Ayesha always tells parents that if your kids swear by Macaroni and Cheese, they'll love Fettuccini Alfredo! It provides that same cheesy sauce they love, but it's a little more elevated.
