Lamb Ricotta Spaghetti Meatballs

Spaghetti and Meatballs are one of those classic go-to dishes Ayesha keeps in her busy weeknight arsenal, so she makes sure to keep a few versions of it at the ready. This Lamb Ricotta Meatball dish is frequently requested in the Curry home. The lamb gives the meatball great texture and richness, which balances perfectly with the creamy ricotta cheese. MEATLESS QUINOA "MEATLOAF"

One of Ayesha's favorite ways to play with traditional recipes is to take comfort food favorites and pack them with veggies. And with her Meatless Quinoa-Lentil Meatloaf, we promise you won't miss the meat! It's oozing with delicious flavor, but also really great nutritious ingredients. Parmesan Breaded Pork Chops with Beet Couscous

Pork chops are delicious any way you prepare them, but this parmesan crust is a perfect way to get a nice, golden crust while still keeping the meat tender and juicy inside. I love pairing this pork chop with cous cous infused with some of my favorite flavors, like beets, apricots, mint and chopped walnuts. It’s truly a restaurant quality meal, that couldn’t be easier to prepare. A dish that's full of texture and color, your family is sure to love. Vegetable-Chickpea Curry Bowl with Basmati Rice.

There's nothing like a delicious curry to warm your belly and your soul. Ayesha loves to pack her curry with chickpeas and other yummy vegetables, which soak up the sauce and make it nice and hearty. Ayesha paired this Vegetable-Chickpea curry with a heaping scoop of basmati rice and some delicious cilantro and lime to finish it off! This recipe is included with our Vegetarian box.
